Exchange API Keys (Read-Only)

If you connect an exchange (such as Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, OKX, MEXC or Bitget), we ask you to create API keys with read-only permissions. We only use these keys to import your trade history and balances.

We never request or require withdrawal or trading permissions, and we do not place orders on your behalf. API keys are stored encrypted and are only used to sync your own data.

Third Parties

We rely on a limited number of service providers to run the Service:

  • Cloud infrastructure and database used to store your data securely.
  • A payment processor, used only if you make a purchase.
  • Optional AI insights: when you use them, only anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as win rate or profit factor) are sent. Trade details, prices, balances, personal information and API keys are never sent.

  • Have us correct or delete any data we have about you.
  • Opt out of any future contact from us.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and database-level policies ensure each user can only access their own data.
